At Arzabro Txakolina, we have three vineyards totalling 6 hectares planted mainly with Hondarrabi Zuri (80%) and Izpiriotza Txikia (Petit Manseng). The vineyards are located in Delika and included in the Txakoli de Álava-Arabako Txakolina Designation of Origin.
Our lands have well-drained limestone and gravel soils. The location is ideal for growing Txakoli grapes: cold winters with a reasonable amount of snow; mild, rainy springs; and cool summers with a continental influence which often last until harvest, which takes place during the first half of October.
At Arzabro Txakolina, we practice environmentally-friendly viticulture, with minimal treatments to maintain the health of the vines.
